The Senior Counsel, will provide timely, practical, and insightful counseling on compliance with federal and state food law requirements, including safety and quality standards for ingredients, food processing, and finished products; labeling and marketing requirements (including product naming requirements and claim substantiation); registration and reporting requirements; inspection-related requirements; and legislative or regulatory proposals to change existing requirements. Assigned clients will include companys business units as well as the Quality, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, Operations, and R&D functions. Key responsibilities will include (i) new product development for ingredients, formulations, and processes; (ii) labeling and other marketing materials; (iii) food safety plan development and implementation; (iv) supply chain agreements and food guarantees; and (v) training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
