Minimum Job Requirements Education Juris Doctorate granted by an ABA accredited law school. Certification / Licensure Member of a state bar in good standing. Work Experience At least 4 years of experience providing privacy related legal counsel at a law firm or corporation or government agency. Experience developing legal strategy and tactics for complex, high profile matters. Experience providing legal advice to senior executives and other senior leaders. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to work effectively with governmental and other regulatory agencies to protect the best interests of the system. Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Highest level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and other stakeholders, which is necessary to collaborate with staff/management/executives/other organizations. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and cross cultural competencies. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
