Education Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree. Work Experience At least 8 years of sales, marketing and/or product management experience. At least 5 years people management responsibilities. Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to meet or exceed sales objectives. Preferred experience selling in long-term care facilities, preferably incontinence and/or skin health-related products. Communications planning and implementation experience (including the ability to integrate and coordinate various elements into an actionable plan). Experience presenting and reporting on project plans and cost benefit analyses to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior Experience managing and supporting a sales team. Willing to travel at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
