Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals - Maintain and update office files and records - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - Type and proofread documents as needed - Provide administrative support to office staff Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment where you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office.
