Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Site Security
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for the Living Room Program by ensuring the well-being and safety of both staff and guests Utilize observational skills to patrol the Living Room area and the premises Monitor door to identify and respond to potential security threats Ensure doors are locked and that guests are ringing door bell to enter Maintain effective communication with agency staff and guests to foster a positive and safe environment Emergency
Responsibilities:
Act promptly in the event of an emergency such as a medical incident or disruptive/dysregulate behavior and provide assistance as necessary Collaborative with agency staff to ensure a unified and supportive response to challenging situations Enforce safety protocols and procedures Quality and Compliance Performance Expectations:
Comply with The Josselyn Center policy Punctuality Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age and have completed at least High School 1 year of proven security experience as a security guard or security worker(ideally in a healthcare setting) Excellent observational and situational awareness skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure or crisis situation Basic First aid and/or CPR certification is a plus Ind1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
