Director Supply Chain Technology
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering , Finance, Business, or related field.
Work Experience At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
At least 7 years%26rsquo; experience in Supply Chain.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience configuring / implementing supply chain planning systems - e.
g.
Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, SAP-IBP, etc.
Understanding of data transmission technologies (e.
g.
EDI, API, SFTP, etc.
) and integration into supply chain processes.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience communicating to C-Suite leadership internally and externally.
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Work Experience Experience with SAP and/or other large ERP systems.
Consulting experience; managing large scale, technology-driven projects.
