As a result of our continuous growth, Medline Industries, is looking to hire an Ecommerce Analytics specialist in our Northfield location.
The primary focus of this role is to help drive eCommerce business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
This person will work with teams to setup, build, monitor, analyze and report department KPIs, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution.
Responsibilities include:
o Produce actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
o Perform in-depth analysis of enterprise and digital ecommerce efforts from a variety of data sources (SAP, ATG, web analytics, etc.
) and provide actionable insights on findings.
o Work with business users to identify business analytics requirements on ecommerce-related projects.
o Participate as core member of an agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities including participation in all scrum ceremonies.
o Project oversight, training, and coaching to the ecommerce analytics team.
o Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
o Design and provide training within the division for our ecommerce analytics tools.
o Ability to utilize data visualization as an effective way to tell the story.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or other related field o Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, interpret information and trends and communicate findings effectively o 5
years of dashboard development experience using Tableau and/or PowerBI o 5
years of data modeling experience o Excellent knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis and performance tuning o Experience with Python or R a plu o Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in MS Word and Acce o Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Requirements Dashboard Data Analysis Data Modeling Data Visualization Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
