Reporting to the Senior Director - New Product Development, the Senior Brand Manager - New Product Development is responsible for the development of innovation pipelines within the Enhancers brand portfolio. This includes strategic development of new products for categories within the Kraft Mayo, Kraft Salad Dressings, and Planters Peanut brands. The Senior Brand Manager - NPD is responsible for working with the base brand business and cross functional teams to set the new product strategy and identify, develop and commercialize the 3 year pipeline.

Responsibilities:
In partnership with the base Brand teams, the Senior Brand Manager, NPD is responsible for the following:
Development and validation of 3-year new products pipeline for one or more of the key Enhancer categories
Partner with Market Research to develop a thorough understanding of the consumer, translating behavior and needs into key insights to support pipeline direction
Leverage consumer insights into differentiated platforms
Direct R&D activities in product development and testing
Contribute to business plan development in partnership with base Brand teams, Market Research, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance and Sales
Develop new product profit and volume objectives and business propositions
Develop a strong understanding of base category dynamics and providing a unique perspective on base business issues
Bachelor''s Degree required, MBA preferred
Previous CPG background preferred; Minimum 8 years of experience
Passion for innovation and new product development; strong growth orientation
Demonstrated in-market success in developing new products or meaningful adjacencies that drive profitable top line growth
Strong strategic agility - comfort in white space; ability to connect disparate pieces of information to establish a path
Ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful business opportunities
Base business management experience; strong track record and overall business acumen
Project Management - able to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results through others; attention to detail
Influencing - ability to sell a vision across and up through management
